Why change the page order
The scanner fed the sheets in the wrong sequence, an annex ended up before the main text, two chapters swapped places — none of that calls for rebuilding the document. Upload the PDF, drag the page thumbnails into the right order and download the file. You can turn upside-down pages and drop unwanted ones in the same pass.
How to reorder pages

Upload the PDF — the pages appear as thumbnails in their current order.

Drag the thumbnails with a mouse or a finger; for precision use the left and right buttons.

Rotate individual pages or mark unwanted ones for removal if needed.

Click Save and download the PDF with the new order.

When you need it
Page order needs fixing more often than you would think:
- a double-sided scan came out as all odd pages, then all even ones;
- annexes landed before the main text in a merged file;
- the title page has to move to the front;
- chapters are out of sequence after edits;
- a couple of pages need turning and the blank ones removing while you are at it.
How it differs from the other tools
Rotate PDF only turns and mirrors pages, Delete Pages only removes them, while Organize combines both with reordering — handy when one document needs several fixes. If you need to cut a file into parts or pull out selected pages, look at Split PDF and Extract Pages.
What happens to the file
The tool builds a new PDF from the source pages in the order you set. Page content is not recompressed, fonts and vector graphics are preserved, and selectable text stays selectable. Rotation is stored as a page property, so every viewer shows the page the right way up.
